- Resolving any errors faced in day to day operations by our clients
- Doing enhancements and fixes to pre existing applications
- Security management – Managing users and their access rights to various entities within the system
- Configuration management – Implementing any configuration changes to manage evolving sales processes, newly added geographies, new product lines etc.
